To create your account, click the Login button at the top right of the screen or go directly to the login page.
Check that the email address and password you entered are correct.
If needed, use the Forgot password feature.
If the problem persists, contact our support team at support@bikup.app.
An identity verification may be requested to secure access to your account.
If you forgot your password, go to the recovery page:

Enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email containing a reset link.
From your account, click on your profile picture, then on Trips.
You will find all your past, ongoing, and upcoming bookings there.
Once logged in, click on your profile picture at the top right, then go to your Profile.
You can edit your personal information there.
A complete profile increases your chances of getting bookings.
From your personal space, click on your profile picture, then on Profile to complete your details.
To change the email address associated with your account, go to your Profile, make the desired changes, then click Save.
To change the interface language, log in and go to Settings.
In the Language and appearance section, select your preferred language.
To delete your account, log in to BikUp, click on your profile picture at the top right, and go to Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click Delete my account and confirm your choice.

Registration on BikUp is completely free.
Once registered, you can browse listings, compare bikes, and submit booking requests.
If you are a rental professional, you can indicate this directly from your profile.

Additional information will be required.
Using BikUp as a professional implies issuing an invoice at the end of each rental.
