Create a BikUp account

To create your account, click on the Log in button at the top right of the screen or go directly to the login page.

Login problem

Check that the email address and password you're using are correct.
If necessary, use the Forgot password feature.

If the problem persists, contact our support team at support@bikup.app.
An identity check may be requested to secure access to the account.

Forgot password

If you've forgotten your password, go to the recovery page:
https://bikup.app/en/auth/forgot

Enter your account's email address. You'll receive an email containing a reset link.

View my rentals and bookings

From your account, click on your profile picture and then on Bookings.
You'll find all your past, current and upcoming bookings there.

Edit my account information

Once logged in, click on your profile picture at the top right, then go to your Profile.
You can edit your personal information there.

Complete my profile

A complete profile increases your chances of getting bookings.
From your personal space, click on your profile picture and then on Profile to complete your information.

Change my email address

To change the email address associated with your account, go to your Profile, make the change and click on Save.

Change the site language

To change the interface language, log in and go to Settings.
In the Language and appearance section, select the language you want.

Set up my payments

To get paid, you need to set up your Stripe account once. You'll be prompted to do this automatically when you receive your first booking request. Everything is explained here.

Delete my account

To delete your account, log in to BikUp, click on your profile picture at the top right and go to Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click on Delete my account and confirm your choice.

Signing up to BikUp

Signing up to BikUp is completely free.
Once signed up, you can browse listings, compare bikes and send booking requests.

Switch my profile to professional status

If you're a rental professional, you can indicate this directly from your profile.

Additional information will be requested.
Using BikUp as a professional means issuing an invoice at the end of each rental.

Rules for exchanges between renters and owners

BikUp encourages respectful, clear and secure exchanges between members of the platform.

A few essential rules to follow:

• use a polite and courteous tone in all conversations,
• use only BikUp messaging before a booking is confirmed,
• respect the terms agreed with the other party, especially meeting times and places.
