For a smooth and worry-free rental, we recommend that you:
- sign a rental contract
- request a copy of the renter’s ID document
- request a deposit (often in the form of a non-cashed check)

Paper or digital formats are both possible! However, if you use a digital contract, make sure to clearly specify the signing method.
