Reviews on BikUp
All reviews published on BikUp come from rentals actually carried out through the platform. Only users who have completed a booking can leave a comment, which guarantees reliable and transparent feedback.
At the end of the rental, you'll receive an email (as will the owner) so you can leave a public review and a private message. Renters' public reviews are visible on the bike's page, the owner's page and in various places on the site.
You have 5 days from the end of the rental to post or edit your review.
Once published, a review cannot be freely edited or deleted, to preserve the objectivity of feedback.
If there's a problem (factual error, inappropriate language), you can contact BikUp support at moderation@bikup.app to have the case reviewed.

BikUp reserves the right to moderate or remove a review if it does not comply with the platform's rules (insulting language, defamation, off-topic content, etc.).
