Reviews on BikUp

All reviews published on BikUp come from rentals that were actually completed through the platform. Only users who have finalized a booking can leave a comment, ensuring reliable and transparent feedback.

At the end of the rental, you will receive an email (the owner receives one as well) inviting you to leave a public review and a private message. Renters’ public reviews are visible on the bike listing, the owner’s profile, and in various places across the site.

You have 5 days from the end of the rental to submit or edit your review.

Once published, a review cannot be freely edited or deleted, in order to preserve the objectivity of feedback.

In case of an issue (factual error, inappropriate language), you can contact BikUp support at
moderation@bikup.app for a case review.

What are reviews used for on BikUp?

Reviews help to:

reassure future renters,
highlight reliable owners,
improve the overall quality of rentals,
improve the BikUp service,
help the community make the right choices.

They are a key element of trust on BikUp.

BikUp reserves the right to moderate or remove a review if it does not comply with platform rules (abusive language, defamation, off-topic content, etc.).
