How do I create my account?

To create your account, click on the Login button at the top right of the screen or click directly here.

How can I edit my account information?

To edit your profile, it’s very simple:

  1. Log in by clicking on the Login button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Once logged in, click on your profile picture at the top right, then on Profile.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go.

  1. Log in by clicking on the Login button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on your profile picture, then on Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click on Delete my account and follow the instructions.

Is registration free?

Yes, registration on BikUp is completely free.
Once registered, you can browse listings, compare them, and submit booking requests.

How can I complete my profile?

A complete profile builds trust and increases your chances of getting bookings.

Log in, click on your profile picture at the top right, then on Profile to complete your information (photo, description, contact details, etc.).

How can I change my email address?

To change the email address associated with your account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile picture, then on Profile.
  3. Update your email address and click Save.

I forgot or lost my password

If you forgot your password, click here and enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

What should I do if I can’t log in to my account?

Check that the email address and password you entered are correct.
If needed, you can use the Forgot password feature.

If the problem persists, contact our support team at support@bikup.app.
To confirm account ownership, a copy of your ID document may be requested.

How can I change the site language?

To change the language of your interface:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile picture, then on Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the page, in the Language and appearance section, select the desired language.

Where can I find a summary of my rentals?

To view all your past and upcoming bookings:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile picture, then on Trips.

You’ll find the details of all your rentals there.

What are the rules for communication with renters?

At BikUp, we encourage respectful, clear, and secure communication between owners and renters.

  1. Respect and courtesy
    Use a polite and friendly tone. Respectful communication helps ensure a positive experience for everyone.
  2. Use of BikUp messaging
    Avoid sharing personal contact details before the booking is confirmed. Messaging through the platform ensures security and traceability.
  3. Respect agreed conditions
    Once a booking is accepted, respect the terms agreed upon together, especially meeting times and locations.
